Returns Policy

At Sharky’s Treasure, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, which extends to our returns, refunds, and repairs policies. If you are not completely satisfied with any jewellery purchased directly from us, we offer replacement, repair, or refund options. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it is damaged, faulty, or unacceptable in any way. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We provide a quick and easy exchange/refund service. Please note that for health and safety reasons, earrings are excluded from this policy, unless faulty.

Returning an Item

To return an item, please send it back to us in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Complete the Returns Form and include it with your invoice and the item you wish to return. You may reuse the packaging we sent you. Once we confirm your return, we will provide our returns address.

You are responsible for return postage and the item until we receive it. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and returning items via Recorded Delivery.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange your item, please specify the new item you would like. If the new item is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange payment for the difference.

 

Obtaining a Refund

Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the initial purchase. If this is not possible, you will receive store credit of the same value.

 

Returns Timescale

We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a faulty item or our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded, including:

  • Items not in original, saleable condition.

  • Items made to your specific requirements, such as bespoke or special commission pieces marked as 'Special Order'.

Damaged/Faulty Jewellery

All our jewellery undergoes thorough quality control before leaving our workshop. If you find a fault with any jewellery purchased from us, please return it to us for inspection. You are responsible for the cost and return of items until they are safely delivered to us. Inform us of the return through any communication method listed on our website. Postage costs for items with manufacturing faults will be refunded within 14 days.

If a fault is reported within 30 days of purchase, you may choose between repair or replacement. In some cases, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

Repairs

We offer a repair service for all Sharky’s Treasure jewellery. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss repair options and costs.
